Practice the numbers and currency names with this Internet activity. First, do activity A so that students get familiar with the names of currencies in English. They have to join the countries (left column) with the currencies (right column).
Then, have students do activity B. Using the website's currency converter, students have to find out the current value of a dollar in countries all over the world. Check the answers in class, so students get plenty of practice with numbers.
