Conversation: Dinner at a trattoria
Carla and Rebecca are walking around Bologna's
centro storico
(historical center),
heading towards the seven churches of Santo Stefano. As they pass a
salumeria
(delicatessen)
their mouths begin to water. In the window displays are piles of fresh tortellini and hanging legs of prosciutto! Time to eat: they find a nearby trattoria and sit down for some
cucina casalinga
(home cooking).
Listen to the dialog.
