Your e-Lessons consist of 78(English) or 48(Spanish) interactive e-mail lessons. Every sixth e-Lesson will be a fun simulation practice that covers the material you learned in the previous lessons.

provide audio and interactive exercises to improve your speaking skills and test your progress

Before you purchase your e-Lessons, we strongly recommend that you sign up for a free trial. Please note: you are not obligated to purchase e-Lessons if you sign up for a free trial.

Take a free trial to make certain that:

1. your email provider supports HTML format; this means you are able to open the email without difficulty, and no strange symbols or numbers appear in the text.

Changing email address

If you would like to receive your email lessons at a new email address, first you will need to cancel the subscription to your old email address. Please visit your MY PARLO account to unsubscribe your current subscriptions, which are being sent to your old email address. If you aren't a registered user but receive email lessons, you can also unsubscribe your old email address via the unsubscribe directions at the bottom of your lesson.

To subscribe your new email address, visit www.parlo.com and create a new registration with your new email. During the registration process, you will be able to subscribe to the email lessons with your new email address. If you have difficulties updating your email, please contact us.

If you are taking a paid online course or e-Lessons, the link to your course will continue to be accessible only through the account you created with the email you used when you bought the course. If you are taking a paid online course and have a question about how to access your course after you change your email address, please click here to send your question to Parlo's technical team.

Trial lessons

To sign up for a free trial, please register your email address and subscribe in My Parlo. After you sign up for your free trial of three e-Lessons, you will receive a welcome letter from Parlo and then your three e-Lessons. At anytime during your free trial, you can choose to purchase the complete 78(English) or 48(Spanish) e-Lessons.

Parlo accepts the major international credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Unfortunately, Parlo does not accept any form of payment other than credit cards. We do not accept bank transfers, cash or personal checks; however, we hope to offer more payment options in the near future.

Currency

Our bank handles the currency conversion to US dollars at the time of payment. As with all banks, the currencies are updated on a daily basis. Whether or not you are charged a fee for the conversion is dependent on your credit card company. Click here to view an online currency converter.

Audio

To listen to your e-Lessons, you will need to have Windows Media Player (WMP) installed on your computer. We recommend Windows Media Player v7.0 or above.
