Diagnostic Test

Parlo offers diagnostic tests in English, Spanish and French. We do not have diagnostic tests for German or Italian.

The Parlo diagnostic test recommends a level for a Parlo online course. Although the test recommends a level, feel free to begin your studies anywhere you like! Click here to see a full list of Parlo's online courses.

Enrollment

When you enroll in a course, you pay one installment ($39 to $69 U.S.) for 3 months of unlimited access to the course of your choice. During these 3 months, you can study whenever you like-- 24 hours a day-- 7 days a week. You can also review lessons or jump ahead within the course.

To enroll in a course:

First, view the sample lesson to make certain that you can listen to the Audio and view the 'Show Answers' when you click on the interactive exercises
Click on Enroll
Read your course information and click on Continue
Enter your credit card information
Confirm and click on Submit

After you have successfully enrolled in the course, you will receive a receipt confirming your payment. If you have any difficulties with your enrollment or have questions about making a payment, please click here to send us an email.

Security

Parlo cares about the security of your payment information. Parlo uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server, which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. You can safely enter your entire credit card number because all information on this page is encrypted the moment you submit it, and all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. Currency

Our bank handles the currency conversion to US dollars at the time of payment. As with all banks, the currencies are updated on a daily basis. Whether or not you are charged a fee for the conversion is dependent on your credit card company. Click here to view an online currency converter.

Exchanges/Refunds

If you feel that you have not purchased the appropriate course for your level and would like to try another Parlo course, you can exchange a course within 5 business days from the date of enrollment. After that, we are unable to honor your exchange request. If you would like to exchange your course for another, please click here to submit the exchange form.

We will notify you by email when the exchange has been enacted. If you do not receive the exchange confirmation by email, please contact us.

If you are not satisfied with the course, you can request a full refund within 5 business days from the date of enrollment. After that, we are unable to honor your refund request. If you would like a refund, please click here to submit the refund form.

We will notify you by mail when the refund has been given. If you do not receive the refund confirmation by email, please contact us.

Forms of Payment

Parlo accepts all major international credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Unfortunately, Parlo does not accept any form of payment other than credit cards. We do not accept bank transfers, cash or personal checks.

Audio

To listen to audio on Parlo, you will need to download the FREE version of RealPlayer 8 if you do not already have it installed on your computer. You can download RealPlayer 8 at www.realplayer.com. Look for RealPlayer 8 Basic - their free version. Our audio files do not work with any other audio program or media player.

Are you having audio difficulties with your paid online course? Are you receiving an error message? If so, please click here to submit a message to our technical team.
