Registration

To register at Parlo, enter your email address on our home page and click on 'continue'. Fill out our quick and easy registration form and click on 'continue.' Select any emails you would like to receive and hit 'submit'. You will receive an email confirming your password and successful registration.

Personal Information

When you LOG IN and enter MY PARLO, you can update the following "Personal Information": password, name, and country of residence.

Log In

If you are having trouble logging in to the site, make certain you are entering the email with which you registered. Do not add unnecessary spaces before or after your email and password. Passwords are case sensitive. This means that they must be entered in the cases (upper or lower) in which they were originally entered when the membership account was established.

System Requirements

In order to use Parlo, you need to have either Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher) or Netscape Navigator 4.7 (or higher). If you plan to purchase a Parlo online course with audio and interactive exercises, it is strongly recommended that you have all listed below:

a sound card
speakers
RealPlayer 8 audio player

If you are behind a firewall, please check with your network administrator to ensure you will be able to use all of Parlo's interactive and audio features.

**Parlo currently does not support the Macintosh Platform. Many Mac users successfully use our site, but we have not developed our pages for use with Macs.**
